The five are at Kirrin cottage for the Christmas holidays and learn that they must have a tutor for the holidays, owing to their performance in exams. Mr. Roland is a strict man who hates dogs. As a result, George hates him too, and its not pleasant for the others. Uncle Quentin's important pages have been stolen from his notebook, and George is suspected. The children must find a way to put her in the clear.
Mind blowing and fun. I loved the plot. Filled with suspense and drama. The way George feels so deeply about everything just adds on the the book. The words are really simple and sweet, making it perfect for young readers. Every Tim and George lover will adore this book. Anyways, the plot shapes really well and after a point, each scene leads to something way worse. This is not much connected to the first book and you can read it even if you haven't read the previous book. I wish I could tell you what happens but don't want to ruin your suspense :) Go grab your copy of this book and read it. It is very, very, very, addicting and you will finish it in no time.
