Harriet is modeling in Tokyo, and staying with two gorgeous models. Her stepmother is pregnant and Harriet is worried about how she will fit in with her new sibling. Her projects are pretty risky and she is making way too many mistakes. It is unfortunate that the only person who comes out to help her is her ex Nick, who she isn't completely over yet. With all this, it is bound to be damn hard to finish her stay.
This book was way better than its predecessor. Smale showed more layers to Harriet's and nick's personality. the plot twists were placed nicely. The flashbacks weren't that interesting and the insertion totally zoned me out. It was well paced and the writing was heart warming. The addition of Bunty was like the best idea. My favorite character would still be Annabel. She's just super calm and gets things done. Most of model misfit was relatable. Like planning your day with so much time, and then the whole things goes flop. I can say it was quite engaging to as I finished it in less than two days. It's the perfect read when you are super bored and read something highly dramatic and funny.
